May is #MentalHealthAwarenessMonth and
How the airport can cause ‘crazy’
As it’s the start of #mentalhealthawarenessmonth, we wanted to send love to all 💕
Stay strong, you are doing great! And don’t forget to be kind to yourself and others
Today is the first day of #MentalHealthAwarenessMonth. But those living with a mental illness don’t need one month of the year to be aware of their condition.
They live with it — the symptoms, the effects, the stigma — every day.
Having Mental Illness is not easy but it’s okay not to be okay. Yes, it’s hard when people assume you can just ”get over.” #MentalHealthAwarenessMonth
– It’s a disorder. NOT a decision
Instead, this month should be for everyone else.
May 1st is the start of #MentalHealthAwarenessMonth – check on your “happy” friends today. When you hear “I’m fine”. Dig a little deeper. Let’s smash the stigma as a world together. One text, call, email can save a life. I pray for all my friends hurting. Seek help. It works.
I don’t care either.
