Free Workouts At Changi Airport Summer 2019 With Top Instructors

Free workouts at Changi Airport are being offered this month. From yoga to ballet-inspired workout classes, are available every Sunday the next few weeks in June and first Sunday in July 2019.

All free workout sessions are available on a first come, first serve basis.

Changi Airport keeps coming up with so many adventurous, relaxing, challenging,  innovative features for travellers. No wonder why it is a multi-award winning airport!

1.Muscle Toning with Queenie

A variety of low impact movements that helps to improve muscle tone. Through resistance training and regular exercise, you will be able to attain the definition of muscles while they are at rest and achieve a healthy, lean look.

2. Yoga with Ruth

Yoga is a physical, mental and spiritual practice that originated in ancient India. The word, yoga, comes from the Sanskrit yuj, which means “to yoke” and “samadhi” or “concentration.” Thus, yoga is the practice that aims to join the mind, body and spirit, to achieve liberation.

3.Core and Butt Blast with Jia En

This class will focus on strengthening your abs and glutes. Strong abs and glutes ensure a proper stance, reducing chances of injury. They also give you a better posture, better balance and reduces back pain.

4. Barre with Ruth

Barre fitness is a hybrid workout class – combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training. This class will include classic dance moves such as plies, alongside static stretches. Barre also focuses on high reps of small range movements.
