We’ve got some exciting news for people traveling through Colorado’s Denver International Airport this summer!
Get your zen on or get energized again with a wide variety of summer events including a health-focused series called Wellness Wednesday. This series includes things like yoga, dance classes, fitness, and aerobics classes.
The classes will be held at the Plaza between Jeppesen Terminal and the Westin Hotel, every Wednesday from July to September. Best of all? All of these classes and events are FREE unless otherwise noted.
New in 2018, their Plaza pop-up park is a beautifully designed space where you can go for a stroll in the open air. You’ll also find lawn games like corn hole and sculptural lounge seating to relax. The pop-up park in the Plaza is where all the fitness classes will be taking place. How cool is that?
The park features 9,000 square feet of turf and Colorado plants that are native to the state’s plains ecosystem. It’s the perfect place to come and unwind from a stressful journey, or to ensure your onward journey is a smooth ride both emotionally and physically.
