1. Stretch in the yoga rooms Get healthy with some self-reflecting yoga.

San Francisco created one of the first airport yoga spaces and now has two dedicated rooms for a few “ohs” in Terminal 2 and Terminal 3. These calming spaces remain open 24 hours, seven days a week. There is no charge to use the facility.

Post Security: Terminal 2/Terminal 1 – in the connector between the two terminals

2. Filling up at the hydration stations – Get healthy by staying hydrated and drinking lots of water.

Air travel can be very dehydrating, warns Everyday Health. SFO has six hydration stations.

3. Visiting the garden  Get healthy immersing yourself in nature.

Research has found that being in nature boosts the immune system, which in turn, increases our mental and physical health.

Exit the arrivals level of Terminal 1 and head left around the animal relief area

4. Walking around the terminal meeting a pet – Get healthy by spending time with pets.

Animal expert Arden Moore says that a pet prescription can remedy all sorts of problems and can help relax you, reduce blood pressure and even help improve your relationships.

5. Visiting the medical clinic – Get healthy by dropping by for a quick check-up.

Not feeling well? The clinic offers urgent care such as earaches, headaches, dizziness, fever and flu-like symptoms. The clinic also has a certified travel vaccination center and occupational health services.
