Travelers through Brisbane Airport now have a reason to get excited about airport food. Michelin-star chef Bruno Loubet has opened a new healthy dining spot called Seeds this year in the airport’s domestic terminal.
What is Seeds?
Seeds taps into our growing desires to not only eat healthy food but to find ways to live more sustainability. Bruno Loubet is famous for his salad and dressing recipes, which are featured on the menu.
We definitely believe that salads, vegetables, and grains are the future of healthy eating, both for us and our planet. It’s encouraging to see these healthy food options arriving at airports where we typically have little choice of what to eat, and little time to find the healthy options.
“Not only does Seeds deliver an exciting menu that complements what is currently on offer in our Domestic Terminal, by using locally sourced produce the team at Seeds will literally be serving up the essence of Queensland with their colourful, nourishing and refreshing options,” said Brisbane Airport Corporation (BAC) General Manager, Airline and Retail Management Andrew Brodie.
